Lesson 1
February 19
Beneath the Id: Freud & Kabbalah:
Uncover the depths of human nature with this captivating exploration of Freud’s psychological insights and Kabbalistic philosophy, grounded in the Torah portion of Teruma. Through the symbolism of the three-layered Ark and powerful stories like the Rooster Prince and Maimonides’ Cat, this lesson invites you to harmonize your actions, emotions, and essence.
Learn how Kabbalah redefines personal growth, portraying humanity as inherently Divine and resilient. By the end of this lesson, you will gain profound tools to dig beneath the surface, discover your inner gold, and reflect it in your daily life.

Lesson 2
February 26
Harmony Within: Balancing the Tension of the Human Personality
Explore the profound symbolism of the High Priest’s breastplate and apron, as taught in the Torah portion of Tetzaveh. These garments represent the “upper” and “lower” dimensions of human existence—the spiritual aspirations seated in the heart and the struggles of the lower self. Through the integration of these elements, we learn how to harmonize our higher ideals with our inner battles, creating a unified and authentic self. Drawing on the tale of the cracked pot and Kabbalah, this lesson offers practical insights into embracing imperfections, cultivating self-awareness, and transforming inner tension into growth and light.

Lesson 3
March 5
The Holiness of Brokenness: Finding Strength in Shattered Moments"
In this lesson, explore the profound message behind Moses’ decision to break the first tablets and why this act is celebrated as his greatest achievement. Drawing from the Torah's account of the broken and whole tablets stored together in the Ark, we uncover the Kabbalistic  wisdom that teaches us to embrace brokenness as a gateway to deeper holiness. Through stories, reflections, and timeless lessons, learn how to find light in the fragments of life, transform despair into growth, and discover the sacred potential within your most challenging moments.

Lesson 4
March 12
Ignite Your Purpose: Be Who G-d Meant You to Be and You Will Set the World on Fire
Through the opulent yet seemingly foolish celebration of King Achashverosh, this lesson explores the powerful message of living life with passion and intention. Drawing inspiration from the Book of Esther, Kabbaistic insights, we uncover the importance of embracing your unique gifts and giving life everything you’ve got. Learn how to align your actions with your G-d-given potential, celebrate life boldly, and set the world ablaze with your purpose and light
